Baldwin Bethany Community Development Corporation (BBCDC) is an established organization in greater Los Angeles – well known to community members and influencers.

Under the leadership of Mr. Rodman Miles, executive director, and chief executive officer, BBCDC provides opportunities, programs, and resources for those living in our South Los Angeles service area through our educational initiative, LAUNCH Academy. LAUNCH is an acronym as it is the mission of the program to foster Leadership, Academic excellence, Unleashing potential, Nutritional Health, College-bound, and High self-esteem.

BBCDC continues to build a solid reputation for providing STEM educational enhancement programs to students from the Greater Crenshaw neighborhoods who might not otherwise have opportunities to be exposed to in-depth learning in STEM fields.
